TRAVEL

NEAREST AIRPORT: LONDON STANSTED AIRPORT

We recommend flying into London Stansted Airport, as it is closest to the venue. However, it is also suitable for you to fly to any other London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, London city) if this works out better for you!

Nearest Train Station: Edmonton Green Station

This is the closest station and it's about a 5 minute walk to to the venue.

Parking Availability

Onsite paid parking is available for £4 per day. Spaces are limited, so we recommend
arriving early or using public transport where possible.

Accommodation

We recommend the following hotels nearby:

Premier Inn London Edmonton
Approximately a 3–5 minute walk (about 200 meters) or a 3–5 minute drive (about 1 km).
Public transport is not necessary as the hotel is within easy walking distance from the
station.

Holiday Inn Express London Chingford
Approximately a 25–30 minute walk (about 2.2 km) or a 10–15 minute drive (about 3.5
km). By public transport, the journey takes around 30–40 minutes.

Travelodge London Enfield
Approximately a 40–45 minute walk (about 3.4 km) or a 15–20 minute drive (about 5
km). Public transport options typically take about 30–35 minutes.

public transport.

Is translation available at the event?

Please note that the program will be held in English only, and translation services will
not be available.

Will meals be provided?

Food and drinks are included in the ticket price. Guests will be served a sit-down meal
during the event.

Can children attend?

Unfortunately, children are not allowed at this event. Thank you for your
understanding.

What is the dress code?

Elegant / Semi-formal attire is required.

Is there parking at the venue?

Public parking is available nearby, but spaces are limited. We strongly recommend
using public transport.

Visa Requirements:

Guests from outside the UK or EU may need a visa. Please check the UK Government
